Techclick provides:
- IT and Cybersecurity training courses
- Online lab access for hands-on practice
- Certification preparation and guidance
- Career counseling and placement support
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not share your login credentials with others
- Not record, copy, or distribute course materials
- Use lab environments only for learning purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment is required before course access is granted
- We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
- All transactions are secure and encrypted
5. Course Access
- Course access is granted for the specified duration only
- Extensions may be provided on request (additional charges may apply)
- Access is personal and non-transferable
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, labs, and assessments, are the property of
Techclick. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute materials without permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Share login credentials or course access
7. Limitation of Liability
Techclick is not liable for:
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Loss of data or materials
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Job placement outcomes — career support is provided, employment is never guaranteed
8. Nature of Our Services
Techclick Infosec Pvt. Ltd. is an IT training provider. Every fee we collect is
consideration for training and training-related services — live instruction, recorded sessions,
lab access, assessments, study material, certification guidance, CV review, interview preparation
and mentoring.
- We do not guarantee employment, a job offer, an interview call, or any
particular salary in any programme we offer.
- We do not charge any placement, referral or recruitment fee. Career support
is included in the training fee, and no separate amount is ever collected for it.
- We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm or job board. We do not accept
payment from employers to place candidates, and we do not charge candidates to be listed,
shortlisted or referred.
- We do not sell gift cards, vouchers, wallets, or any other prepaid or
stored-value instrument.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you:
- Violate these terms and conditions
- Share course materials illegally
- Engage in misconduct during training
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
