At Techclick, we strive to provide the best IT training experience. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all course enrollments.

2. Refund Eligibility

Time Period Refund Amount
Within 24 hours of payment 100% refund (if no classes attended)
Within 7 days of course start 50% refund
After 7 days of course start No refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Lab access fees once activated
  • Course materials already downloaded
  • Certification exam vouchers once issued
  • Partially completed courses (more than 25% complete)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp: +91 92772 29456
  • Provide your payment receipt/transaction ID
  • State the reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

6. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request to:

  • Transfer to a different batch of the same course
  • Transfer to a different course of equal or higher value (pay the difference)
  • Transfer to another person with prior approval

7. Course Cancellation by Techclick

If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a 100% refund, OR
  • Transfer to the next available batch
