3. Non-Refundable Items
- Lab access fees once activated
- Course materials already downloaded
- Certification exam vouchers once issued
- Partially completed courses (more than 25% complete)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Provide your payment receipt/transaction ID
- State the reason for refund request
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
6. Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to:
- Transfer to a different batch of the same course
- Transfer to a different course of equal or higher value (pay the difference)
- Transfer to another person with prior approval
7. Course Cancellation by Techclick
If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a 100% refund, OR
- Transfer to the next available batch
