How to Pick the Right Course — A 3-Minute Read

There are now over twenty distinct certification tracks across firewall, cloud, identity, SOC, secure-access and offensive security. Every batch we run starts with the same question from students: "Sir, which one should I pick?" Here is the honest answer we give them, based on what we see hiring managers in India actually pay for.

Track 1 — Network Security (Firewall & SASE)

The largest and most consistent hiring track in the country. Every bank, every GCC, every SI partner, every MSSP needs L1/L2/L3 firewall engineers. Start with one major vendor and add a secure-access platform on top.

Track 2 — Cloud Security

Highest single salary jump available in the Indian market right now. A network engineer who learns AZ-104 and then AZ-500 typically doubles their compensation in the next role change.

Track 3 — SOC Analyst & SIEM

The fastest path from college to a paying cybersecurity job for someone with no enterprise background. Demand is sustained — every Indian organisation that's gone through a ransomware scare in the last three years has expanded its SOC headcount.

Track 4 — Offensive Security (VAPT)

Smaller hiring pool, but the most premium-paid track for people who genuinely enjoy breaking things. India has a small number of dedicated red-team and VAPT consultancies (NotSoSecure, Lucideus, AppSecure, Pyramid Cyber, eSec Forte) and most large GCCs now run internal offensive teams.

What Every Techclick Training Actually Delivers

Every course on this page is structured the same way, because we built the structure around what students actually need to land a job — not around vendor exam blueprints alone.

Honest FAQs

"Will I get a guaranteed placement?" — No. Anyone promising you a guaranteed placement is lying or charging you an inflated price to bake in a refund pool. We give you the technical depth, the interview prep and an honest CV; the job has to be earned at the interview.

"Will I clear the vendor exam after this course?" — If you do the labs and the practice exams in your Quizzes dashboard, yes. Most of our PCNSE, NSE 4 and AZ-104 students clear on the first attempt. Cert-only learners (no lab) typically fail at the scenario questions.

"I have zero IT background — can I start?" — Yes for Track 3 (SOC) and Track 4 (VAPT) with the foundation courses. For Track 1 (Network Security) we recommend the CCNA 200-301 module first so the routing/switching foundations are solid. For Track 2 (Cloud) some IT foundation helps but is not strictly required.

"What batch size do you run?" — Usually 8-15 students per cohort. Larger batches break the small-class feedback loop and we do not run them.

"What if I miss several classes?" — All sessions are recorded; you watch on demand. The WhatsApp group lets you ask the trainer anytime. We have had students complete the course over six months instead of six weeks because of work travel — that is fine.
