About Techclick — live L3 network security training
An India-based institute for working engineers. Palo Alto, Zscaler, F5, FortiGate, Cisco ISE and SASE taught as policy, logs and packet path — since 2017 — by a working L3 engineer, not a slide farm.

The same three questions a hiring manager would ask before paying for a batch.
What
Live L3 institute
Techclick Infosec runs mentor-led online batches for network security and cybersecurity. Flagship site ai.techclick.in. Free lessons, interview hubs and quizzes sit beside paid courses. Recordings and workbooks are for enrolled learners only.
Why
The ticket, not the GUI tour
The gap we close is between a vendor walkthrough and an L3 ticket: a decryption chain that snapped Office 365, a ZPA App Connector that died on one site, an HA flap that took a branch offline. That is the syllabus.
How
Live, then lab, then revise
Evening and weekend IST classes. Browser labs and production scenarios after the concept. Recordings on My Courses after enrolment. Published syllabi before you pay. Career support on request — no job or salary promise.
How a batch actually runs
Live first. Lab the failure. Revise from recordings after you enroll.
1
Live IST
Evening and weekend slots so working engineers in India, UAE, Singapore, UK and US can attend without taking leave.
2
Lab the ticket
Browser labs and production scenarios after the concept. Policy, packet path and logs — not a GUI screenshot tour.
3
Recordings
Miss a class and the recording is on My Courses after login. Live is still better because you can stop the trainer.
4
Career support
Resume, mocks and referrals for eligible paid learners. No job or salary guarantee. Discuss support & pricing.
Who trains you
A working L3 engineer. A registered Indian company. Published syllabi.
The institute
Techclick Infosec Private Limited (CIN U78100UP2025PTC217519) runs live online network security and cybersecurity batches from Lucknow. Director: Amita Shukla. Training delivery has run since 2017; the private limited company is the current legal entity.
Corporate and professional batches can be mapped to the client's existing stack. Delivery is online; hybrid or on-site is discussed case by case. GST invoices are issued on request if you share company name and GSTIN.
The trainer
Batches are taught by Ram Dixit, a working L3 network security engineer with 13+ years on Palo Alto, Zscaler, FortiGate, F5, Cisco ISE, SASE and related platforms. Production experience is the syllabus: security policy, NAT, SSL decrypt, SASE forwarding, ADC iRules, NAC and the logs you actually open at 2 a.m.
Classroom language is English, with Hindi support when the batch needs it. Workbooks and interview answers stay in English because that is how JDs and vendor exams are written.
