Delete your Techclick account

This page lets you delete your Techclick account (app in.techclick.app on Google Play, and your account on ai.techclick.in / exam.techclick.in). It works whether or not you currently have the app installed.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent

Once we process your request, your profile, course progress, quiz history and certificates cannot be recovered. Tax invoices and payment records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian law.

Option A — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Techclick app and sign in.

Tap Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately and finishes within 7 days.

Option B — Delete from the web (no install required)

Fill the form below. We'll verify ownership of the email on file and complete the deletion within 7 days.

✅ Request received. We've sent a confirmation link to your email. Click it within 24 hours to finalise deletion.

❌ Something went wrong. Please email support@techclick.in from the address on your account and we will process the deletion manually within 7 days.

Option C — Email us directly

Send an email from the address registered on your account to support@techclick.in with the subject "Delete my Techclick account". We will process the request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, profile picture).
Your password hash, TOTP 2FA secret, device fingerprints and active sessions.
Your quiz answers, exam attempts and personalised progress markers.
Your support-ticket history (after 90 days).

What we retain (and why)

Tax invoices & payment records — kept for 8 years, required by the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law.
Security logs — kept for up to 180 days for abuse and fraud prevention.
Anonymised analytics — aggregated data that can no longer be linked back to you.
