Delete your Techclick account

This is the official web page for the Techclick Android app on Google Play, published by Techclick Infosec Pvt Ltd (package in.techclick.app). You can request account deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall Techclick to submit this request.

How to request account deletion

Use the form below, or email support@techclick.in from the email on your Techclick account with the subject Delete my Techclick account.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner (usually by email).

We delete the account and associated personal data within 7 days.

Deletion is permanent

After we process the request we cannot restore your profile, course progress, quiz history or certificates. Tax invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it.

If you still have the Techclick app

Open the Techclick app and sign in.

Go to Profile → Delete account.

Confirm. The same 7-day deletion process starts.

Data that is deleted

Profile: name, email, phone number, profile picture.
Sign-in data: password hash, TOTP / 2FA secret, device fingerprints, active sessions.
Learning data: quiz answers, exam attempts, personalised progress.
Support tickets after 90 days.

Data that is kept, and for how long

Tax invoices and payment records — 8 years, required by the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law.
Security logs (login events / IP) — up to 180 days for abuse and fraud prevention.
Anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you.

Temporary deactivation or freezing is not used. A deletion request deletes the account.
