Delete some or all of your Techclick data

This page is for the Techclick Android app on Google Play, published by Techclick Infosec Pvt Ltd (package in.techclick.app). Use it to request deletion of selected personal data without deleting your account. You do not need the app installed to submit this request.

How to request data deletion

Tick the data you want removed, then submit the form. Or email support@techclick.in from your account email with the subject Delete my Techclick data and list what to remove.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner.

We complete the data deletion within 7 days. Your login stays active unless you also ask to delete the account.

Data we can delete while keeping your account

Profile photo, optional phone number, extra devices / sessions.
Course progress, quiz answers, exam attempts.
Support messages and diagnostic logs linked to you.

Data we cannot fully delete while the account stays open

Account email — it is the login identifier. To remove it, delete the account.
Tax invoices and payment records — kept for 8 years under Indian Income Tax and GST law, even after a data or account deletion request.
Security logs — kept up to 180 days for fraud / abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymised.
